Built by a locate company

ReliaTXT started inside Reliable Roots Locating, our own locate company. We built it for our crew first, on our own tickets.

Locating has come a long way, from paper maps and visual clues to electromagnetic locators, GPS, and digital tickets. The record of the work didn’t keep up. Ours was spread across texts, phone calls, and a dozen camera rolls, and when a damage claim came in it was hard to put back together.

So we built the tool we needed. Our own crew runs on it every day, on real tickets, real damage claims, and real reviews with utility clients. When something in the app slows a tech down, we hear about it that day, because we’re the ones using it.

Most people only see paint and flags. ReliaTXT is how we show the work behind them.

We built it to make this industry stronger: locators, contractors, and utilities working from the same record, the way it was meant to work.

Now it’s for any locate company, excavation contractor, or utility that needs the record to hold up, in any state. The founder still works in the field, and when you call us, you’re talking to the people who built it.
